Clario charges a small percentage fee on each side of a deal, split between the buyer and the seller. No subscriptions, no hidden charges.
Buyer fee
5%
Added on top of the deal amount when you pay into escrow.
Seller fee
5%
Deducted from the deal amount before payout once a deal completes.
These are our current standard rates and can change. The exact fee for a deal is always shown to both sides before the buyer confirms and pays.
