How a Clario deal works
Four steps, and the money only moves when both sides say it should.

Create a deal
Buyer agrees a price with a seller and pays into the deal. The seller can't touch it yet.

Payment protected in escrow
The payment is protected and tracked until the deal is done. Neither side can walk away with it early.

Seller delivers
The seller ships the item or completes the service, then marks the deal as delivered.

Buyer confirms, seller gets paid
Buyer checks everything's right and confirms with their PIN, and funds release to the seller immediately. If something's wrong, they raise a dispute instead and Clario steps in.

Your payment is protected in escrow, processed through our licensed payment partner, until the deal is confirmed done.
PIN-protected releases
Only the buyer can release funds, and only with their transaction PIN. Repeated wrong attempts lock the deal for safety.
Real dispute resolution
If a deal goes wrong, a human reviews the evidence and resolves it: refund the buyer or release to the seller.
